One of the best decisions we have made in our quest to becoming the biggest and best podiatry clinic in the Redlands, has been to begin working with another local business – Front Page SEO.
Although we had a website, it really wasn’t helping to grow our business.
Turns out, having a website is only half of the equation when it comes to being found by the search engines. Before we worked on our Search Engine Optimisation, our site was lost among the billions on the internet, and wasn’t doing very well in search results.
It didn’t help that with our chosen keywords including terms like “Cleveland podiatrist” and “bayside podiatry clinic”, we were competing with podiatry clinics in the USA (Cleveland, Ohio), and the bayside suburbs of Melbourne – both much bigger and more populated places (and therefore much more competitive!).
Thanks to some careful keyword research, we realised exactly which keywords we needed to rank well for – and “Cleveland” and “bayside” were not part of our new strategy.
Now that our focus has changed to keywords that are more relevant to our Redlands Podiatry Clinic, we are finding much better results and our business is consistently appearing on the front page of Google search results.
